Squash Coaching

Squash is a fast and vigorous game, played by well ofer 15 million people worldwide. No matter what your age or fittness level, you will be able to take part.

The basic rules are easy to learn and you can very quickly start playing enjoyable, competitive games with players of a similar standard.

Coaching helps you master the rudiments of the game, right from the basics of hitting the ball correctly, through to match winning techniques, to exercises it takes to acquire the necessary level of fitness.

Squash coaching is offered seven days a week at Welsh Back. Each session is 40mins long and can be booked directly with your coach. Areas of improvement cover :

What you do during your coaching session depends on the individual and the length of your course, which can booked in any combination of sessions, and can include group bookings. Non-members are also welcome. Our coach here at Welsh Back is Chris who is an England Squash Level 2 Qualified Coach, and has been coaching now for over 4 years.
