Personal training costs 35 per session and sessions last approximately 45 mins. Payment can be made per session or purchased in a block.

Our Trainers

Vicky Cook AFAC Vicky has been in the fitness industry since 1983 and, amongst other qualifications she has an Australian Fitness Accreditation Council Level 2 Certification in Personal Training
Andy Sherlock Dip. FTST Andy has been working in gyms since 1988 and holds a Premier Diploma in Fitness Instruction and Sports Therapy
Lydia Thornton Dip. PT Lydia has been in the fitness industry since 2001 and holds a Premier Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Therapy
Johnny Nelmes BSc Hons Dip. PT Johnny holds a Premier Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Therapy and has been in the industry since 2003
Sally Martin Sally has been in the industry for 5 years and holds a lifetime advanced fitness qualification and sports therapy IIST.
Carrie-Ann Ford Carrie-Ann has been in the fitness industry since 2004 and has recently joined the ranks of our personal trainers. Benefit from much reduced preferential rates for personal training services only available to the first few clients who sign up.
Patrick Swann Patrick has YMCA Level 2 Gym Instructor 2004 and YMCA Level 3 Personal Trainer 2005. He has been with Welshback for just under two years.
