There is a sauna in each of the changing rooms for free use by members and their guests. At present the sauna times are:
Monday: 15:00 - 20:00
Tuesday: 06:30 - 14:00
Wednesday: 15:00 - 20:00
Thursday: 15:00 - 20:00
Friday: 06:30 - 14:00
Saturday: closed
Sunday: 15:00 - 20:00
